WrapX is dedicated to providing individuals with a genuine second chance through empowerment and resettlement services. By delivering specialised Empowerment Training and personalised mentoring, we equip our candidates with the essential tools and confidence needed to establish sustainable, long-term career paths. Central to our mission is the Restart Enterprise initiative, which extends vital support to both ex-offenders and their families to ensure successful resettlement upon release. At WrapX, we believe that by fostering professional stability and personal growth, we can break the cycle of recidivism and empower our candidates to build a brighter, more secure future.

Employment Recruitment

We provide a specialised employment recruitment service dedicated to bridging the gap between talented ex-offenders and forward-thinking employers. By focusing on the unique skills, resilience, and untapped potential of individuals with a criminal record, we facilitate meaningful career opportunities that foster successful reintegration and long-term professional growth. Our mission is to dismantle the barriers to employment faced by this often-overlooked talent pool, providing businesses with dedicated, highly-motivated workers while championing social mobility and economic stability within our communities.

Access to Apprenticeships

We facilitate access to transformative apprenticeship programs, offering ex-offenders a structured pathway to gain the professional skills and stability necessary for long-term success. By bridging the gap between incarceration and meaningful employment, the organisation provides more than just job training; it fosters a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity. Through these specialised tracks, participants acquire industry-recognised credentials and practical experience, effectively breaking the cycle of recidivism and empowering themselves to become productive, contributing members of their communities.

Training Courses

Wrapx empowers ex-offenders through comprehensive training programs specifically designed to bridge the gap between re-entry and a successful, lasting career. By providing specialised skill development and holistic support, the organisation transforms the transition period into a foundation for professional growth. These initiatives not only equip individuals with the technical expertise needed to thrive in the modern workforce but also foster the confidence and resilience required to overcome systemic barriers. Ultimately, Wrapx is dedicated to breaking the cycle of recidivism by fostering economic independence and creating clear pathways to long-term stability and success.

Interview preparation for ex offenders

We are dedicated to empowering individuals with prior convictions by providing specialised interview preparation tailored to the unique challenges of re-entering the workforce. Our program focuses on building confidence and professional communication skills, specifically teaching candidates how to discuss their past with honesty and accountability whilst also looking at their current skills and future potential. We offer mock interviews, feedback on non-verbal cues, and guidance on navigating background check inquiries, we ensure that every individual is equipped to present their best self to employers and secure a path toward meaningful employment and long-term success.

Mentoring

WrapXlife is deeply committed to supporting the successful reintegration of justice-involved individuals through our specialised mentoring program for ex-offenders. We provide one-on-one guidance designed to bridge the gap between incarceration and community life, offering stable emotional support, practical life-skills coaching, and assistance in navigating the complexities of modern employment and housing. By pairing participants with dedicated mentors who understand the unique barriers to reentry, we empower individuals to break the cycle of recidivism, build personal accountability, and develop the confidence necessary to establish a productive and positive new chapter in their lives.

Speedline Law Firm Legal Services

This is a crucial “Defensive Pillar.” By partnering with a firm like Speedline Law, we are building a Rapid Response Legal Unit.
In the world of re-entry, things can go wrong. A “Recall to Prison” or a “Bail Application” can derail a worker’s progress and leave a gap in your 10-man squad on Monday morning. By having private funding per person allocated for Speedline Law, you ensure that your workers have “Elite Representation” the moment a crisis hits.

Speedline Law: Rapid Response Protocol
1. The “Private Defence” Fund
We bake a Legal Contingency Fee into the Project 250 operating budget.
• The Model: A “Retainer-per-Head” (e.g., £X per worker per month).
• The Benefit: If a worker is arrested or facing recall, Speedline Law is triggered immediately. They don’t wait for Legal Aid; they act with the speed of a private.

Chaplaincy Pillar: “The Soul of the Squad
1. The “Confidential Firebox” (The Role)
• Safe Space: Unlike Mentors, who must report license breaches to you, a Chaplain offers a higher degree of “pastoral privilege.” This allows workers to vent frustrations before they turn into site-level “blow-ups.”
• Multifaith/Non-Faith: The service is not about “preaching”; it is about purpose. Whether the worker is religious or not, the Chaplain addresses the “Big Questions”: Why am I doing this? How do I fix my relationship with my kids? How do I forgive myself?

Resettlement program (Labour force awareness)

Wrapxlife Recruitment is dedicated to breaking the cycle of reoffending through its comprehensive Resettlement Program, specifically designed to bridge the gap between custody and career. Central to this initiative is our “Labour Force Awareness” training, which empowers ex-offenders with a realistic understanding of modern workplace expectations, industry-specific requirements, and the soft skills necessary for long-term retention. By providing tailored support and advocacy, Wrapxlife ensures that participants are not only job-ready but are also positioned as a reliable, skilled talent pool for employers looking to drive social value and address critical labour shortages.

Well being (Domestic Support, basic cooking and hygiene)

We prioritise the holistic well-being of our clients by providing dedicated assistance with the essential foundations of daily living. Our support system encompasses vital domestic services, ensuring a clean, safe, and organised living environment that promotes peace of mind. Beyond simple maintenance, we focus on personal health through basic cooking and nutritional support, preparing wholesome meals tailored to individual needs. Furthermore, our commitment to dignity and health is reflected in our attentive approach to personal hygiene, where we provide the necessary support to ensure every individual feels refreshed and cared for. WrapXLife empowers individuals to live comfortably and focus on their overall quality of life.

Offender and Employer play days

WrapXlife hosts dedicated “Play Days” designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and reintegration through structured, interactive engagement. For offenders, these sessions provide a vital opportunity to develop prosocial skills, reduce institutional stress, and foster positive family or peer connections in a supportive environment. Simultaneously, our Employer Play Days offer corporate partners a unique, hands-on perspective into the talent and potential within justice-involved populations. By facilitating these shared experiences, we break down systemic stigmas, build mutual trust, and create a collaborative foundation for successful long-term employment and community stability.

Safeguarding

We are committed to providing a robust safeguarding framework for ex-offenders, ensuring that every individual in our care is supported within a safe, structured, and non-judgmental environment. Our approach prioritises the well-being and protection of all participants by implementing rigorous risk assessments, clear boundaries, and proactive support systems designed to facilitate successful reintegration. By fostering a culture of accountability and care, we aim to mitigate potential risks while empowering individuals to break the cycle of reoffending and build stable, positive futures within the community.
